I had a little trouble finding Plaza d'Ort to check in, but the staff was helpful and the room was clean and affordable. Despite a small hiccup with the room not being ready at noon, the location was close to Plaza Mayor, convenient for exploring.

The hotel's location in the historic center of the city is one of its best features. Being in the center of everything, it is virtually close to all the main attractions, shops, restaurants, and bars. the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities is great. The rooms, bed sheets, and towels are clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is also commendable, with one member even speaking Russian.

The location is great, with easy access to Atocha-Renfe station by bus, making it convenient for travelers. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, providing options for dining and shopping. The hotel is located in the center of Madrid, allowing guests to easily explore the city's attractions.
One negative aspect is that the walls are quite thin, so there can be noise from neighboring rooms.

Great location near popular landmarks and metro stations. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with amenities such as soap, a hairdryer, and TV. Early check-in option available. Easy check-out process.
